How to Make the Perfect Negroni

  1. Fill a mixing glass with large ice cubes.

  2. Add 1 oz London Dry gin, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz sweet vermouth.

  3. Stir gently for about 20 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh large ice cubes.

  5. Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before adding it.
