Amanda Ozer began her career in wine at The Breakers in 2000, where early roles in hospitality sparked a deep interest in viticulture. Encouraged by Master Sommelier Virginia Philip, she pursued formal training and quickly advanced, earning her Advanced Sommelier certification in 2008. Her accomplishments include placing first in the Southeast Region Chaine des Rôtisseurs “Young Sommelier” competition and actively working toward the Master Sommelier title.
Amanda has curated acclaimed wine programs, including the 350-label list at The Flagler Steakhouse, and collaborated with top chefs to craft memorable food and wine experiences. Today, she brings her expertise to the Virginia Philip Wine Spirits & Academy in the heart of Palm Beach, where she continues to mentor, educate, and inspire.
