Nicole Mollison’s journey into wine began unexpectedly in 2020, sparked by a quarantine viewing of SOMM. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passionate pursuit of knowledge.
She earned her Level 1 and 2 WSET certifications in 2021 and joined the Virginia Philip Wine Spirits & Academy in 2022, where Virginia invited her to join the team. In 2023, Nicole became a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, followed by WSET Level 3 and the CMS Advanced Course in 2024.
With a love for precision and unforgettable bottles, Nicole is known for connecting people to wines that make them pause, smile—and feel truly alive.

Comtes Georges De Vogue - Musigny Cuvee Vieilles Vignes 2011 — Profoundly complex and elegant, this Grand Cru Pinot Noir reveals notes of black cherry, violet, forest floor, and subtle spice, with silky tannins and incredible length.
