Sarah Brownell is an Advanced Sommelier certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, a distinction held by only a few hundred professionals worldwide. With over a decade of experience in the wine industry, she has served as Sommelier and Wine Director at top-tier hospitality venues before transitioning to the off-premise sector. Sarah also holds advanced credentials from WSET (Level III) and the Society of Wine Educators (CSW).
Currently the Sales and Import Manager for Consortium Wine & Spirits, she brings a deep knowledge of global wine markets and distribution. In her free time, Sarah shares her passion for education and hospitality through her work at Virginia Philip Wine Spirits & Academy. She lives with her two daughters and enjoys renovation projects and creative pursuits.

Shibui - 8 Year Old Single Grain Whisky — Matured in sherry casks, this Japanese whisky balances dried fruit richness with soft oak and spice.
Campari - Aperitivo — A classic bitter aperitif with vivid notes of orange peel, clove, and gentian—essential in Negronis.
